Ilona is a certified somatic and holistic bodywork practitioner with over 10 years of experience. She trained in The Gaia Method and draws from a range of body-based traditions including Tantric and Shamanic frameworks.
She creates a space where the body can speak - where what has been held can begin to move. She works with presence, depth, and an open heart.
Johannes
Somatic Bodywork Practitioner · Berlin
Johannes is a somatic bodywork practitioner working with the body's wisdom. His practice is rooted in The Gaia Method - soft-touch de-armouring, energy work, breath, and sound.
He works with the understanding that what words cannot reach, the body holds. Through touch and presence, he creates the conditions for what has been protected to soften.
