Colleagues,
not a couple.
Ilona and Johannes work together as skilled colleagues - not as a romantic couple. This matters. It means you'll experience two practitioners fully present to the work, without filtering everything through a couple's relational dynamic. You get pure somatic intelligence, undiluted.
The combination of a woman and a man as guides means that both partners in each couple have someone to orient to across the body's full range. This is not something one guide working alone can offer.

Ilona
Aljezur, Portugal
Ilona is a certified holistic & somatic bodywork practitioner, guiding men and women for over 10 years. She is devoted to guiding de-armouring, where her clients are empowered and supported in their growth and healing of trauma. She fuses love, joy and depth with an open heart and loving presence.
She started out as a yoga teacher and developed through Holistic Therapy, Reiki, De-armouring (The Gaia Method), shifting and expanding consciousness and Wataflow. Her intuition became her guide through her Tantric and Shamanic path.
She now lives in Portugal after enjoying a nomadic lifestyle and travelling in a van with her family for 5 years. She lived at a Shamanic Healing Centre where she was guiding bodywork and assisted in sweat lodges and plant medicine ceremonies. Ilona has a deep connection with the power of life and death through her astral travelling.
By consciously and deeply connecting the body, mind and soul her clients experience more love for themselves and their life, fulfilling intimacy and life force energy. She loves to support you in opening these doors, to re-awaken your senses, so you can transform patterns, blockages and belief systems and live the life you desire.
In Ilona you will find a sensitive, soft, yet strong and powerful space holder that will hold you with an open heart, where you can relax and be exactly who you are.

Guide
Johannes
Berlin · Amsterdam
Johannes is a skilled Somatic Bodywork Practitioner who brings deep presence, loving attention and years of experience working with the body's wisdom.
His bodywork is deeply rooted in The Gaia Method - including "soft" de-armouring, energy work, breath, sound and somatic practices. He's passionate about supporting humans to reconnect with what's alive in them and between them.
Johannes works with the understanding that our bodies hold the patterns that words can't reach. Through touch, presence, and creating truly protected spaces, he guides people back to feeling - to the aliveness that gets buried under armour and old protections.
He'll support you and your partner in discovering new depths of intimacy and connection.

What they bring together
The format only
works as two.
A retreat led by one guide, however skilled, is a different thing. The presence of both a man and a woman - working as colleagues, without the weight of their own couple dynamic - creates a field that couples can orient to.
Ilona and Johannes have co-facilitated enough sessions to have developed a shared language that doesn't need words between them during practice. This is something participants notice - the coordination that happens without consultation.
The colleague model is not something we list to sound impressive. It is something participants consistently name as the thing they didn't expect and couldn't have anticipated the effect of.
What this means for you: there is no couple dynamic to navigate around, to project onto, or to compare yourself to. The room holds the work and nothing else. Two people who trust each other's skill. That is all.

Mission
Rewire Intimacy exists to support couples access a layer of connection they haven't reached yet. It often begins with one person - a quiet knowing there is more to explore. Naming that knowing inside the relationship is where the work begins. Becoming aware of what runs between you, together, is a core pillar of the Rewire Intimacy process.
